The approach
I don't chase symptoms. I help you understand what's really driving your pain — how you move, load, sleep and recover — and we build a body you can trust again.

Meet Felix
I'm a registered osteopath and rehabilitation coach based in Brighton and Lewes. I help people overcome pain, understand their bodies and return to the activities they love — through hands-on treatment, movement assessment and personalised coaching.
My approach has been shaped by both professional training and personal experience with injury. Over the past several years I've worked in the UK and Australia, developing a way of working that combines osteopathy with strength, movement and long-term rehabilitation.
In their words
“I reached out to Felix after almost a lifetime of exercising in pain. After my half marathon six years ago, I stopped entirely. Within twelve weeks, Felix got me not just back into running, but totally pain free. He has a solution to everything and takes a very non-judgemental approach. It will change your life.”

Pain to Performance Coaching
“When I first reached out I was having debilitating back and spine pain, mild sciatica and a painful shoulder. Felix was instantly reassuring — I got the feeling he knew how to help. Four months on, my body is a lot stronger, next to no back pain, no sciatica, and my shoulder is much more stable. Eternally grateful.”

Full-body assessment & rehab plan
“I had a wild memory of trying to train my shoulder last year and how much pain I'd be in after one set of lat raises. Now I can train shoulders twice a week and swim 800 metres. My shoulders are stronger and bigger than ever.”
