About

I want you to leave knowing your body a little better than when you arrived.

Felix coaching in the gym

My story

I came to this work partly through my own experience with injury — the frustration of pain that lingers, and the difference it makes when someone finally helps you understand what's going on.

Over the past several years I've worked in the UK and Australia, developing a way of working that combines osteopathy with strength, movement and long-term rehabilitation. I'm fascinated by the relationship between pain, movement, stress and mental wellbeing — and how helping people reconnect with their bodies can be an important part of recovery.

Whether you're dealing with a recent injury or pain that keeps coming back, my aim is the same: to help you move with more confidence and build lasting resilience, not just provide short-term relief.

My approach

How I think about pain.

01

Understand before you treat

Pain is rarely just about tissue. I take time to understand how movement, load, stress and sleep all feed into how you feel.

02

Evidence-informed, plainly explained

I draw on current thinking — including the role of the nervous system in persistent pain — and explain it in language that actually makes sense.

03

Hands-on when it helps

Treatment is a tool, not the whole answer. I use it where it earns its place, alongside movement and strength.

04

Built to last

The aim is never short-term relief. It's giving you a body you trust, and the understanding to keep it that way.

Outside the clinic

The best way to understand how I work is to know that I live it too — training, moving, and staying curious about how bodies adapt. This is a space to share a little of who you are beyond the treatment room: what you train for, where you've travelled, what keeps you honest about the advice you give.
